As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company. You’ll handle customer calls, provide helpful and accurate information, and ensure each customer receives an excellent experience. We’ll equip you with the training and tools you need to succeed—even if you’re new to the BPO industry.
What You’ll Do- Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Address inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns with confidence
- Deliver accurate information while following established call flows and processes
- Document and log customer interactions following quality standards
- Coordinate with higher-level support teams for concerns outside your scope
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
- Senior High School (K-12) graduate or College undergraduate
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome—no BPO experience required!
- Good English communication skills
- Active listener with a customer-first mindset
- Able to follow call procedures and company guidelines
- Basic computer and internet literacy
- Can work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
- You enjoy helping customers
- You stay calm and professional in any situation
- You’re eager to learn and grow
- You value teamwork and good communication
- You’re reliable with attendance and schedule adherence
- Amenable to working onsite in Mckinley, Taguig
- Comfortable with graveyard and shifting schedules
