Job Description – Digital Marketing Associate
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate who can manage end-to-end content creation and digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is skilled in visual design, copywriting, and paid advertising, with a strong understanding of social media trends, e-commerce performance, and the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Design eye-catching visuals (graphics, short videos, reels, etc.)
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, best practices, and fashion industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (e-commerce, sales, and creatives)
- Assist in content planning for campaigns, promos, and live selling
- Support brand campaigns and product launches related to fashion and lifestyle products
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Experience handling fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience running Meta Ads and basic knowledge of TikTok Ads is a plus
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work onsite in Chino Roces, Makati City
- Day Shift | Monday to Friday
