Position Overview:
As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality and user-friendly front- end solutions.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of React.js.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing front-end components.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive designs.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Front-End Development experience.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Familiarity with front-end building tools, such as Webpack.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Committed to work fully onsite in Makati City, Monday to Friday from 5:00PM to 2:00AM Philippine time.
