Job brief

We are looking for a skilled Sales/Executive Associate to support our company’s store and day to day operations. You will manage, schedule, assist the owner, sell, receive, input, sort, you will perform various store and clerical and sales activities including selling items, acquiring new clients, handling existing accounts, inspecting of items for defects and damages and testing of products for customers and packing items for ship out and a bit of marketing products and services the company offers

• Manage service schedule
• Manage existing clients
• Study the services we offer to be able to market and land new clients/accounts
• Study the products of the store and how to sell and operate them
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Selling and testing of products to customers
• Packing of items before ship out
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Remind staff of service schedule and accounts due for follow up or treatment
• Organize store and warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize store and warehousing procedures

• Sales experience is a plus
• Clerical and schedule management
• High school diploma
• Proven warehouse/sales experience
• Adequate knowledge of warehousing procedures
• Adequate knowledge about sales
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products/objects
