Position Overview
We are actively seeking experienced Project Manager based in Philippines, to support our Australian client portfolio. This is a 100% REMOTE position, requiring alignment with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our Australian-based clients and project teams.
Key Requirements
Experience & Expertise:
- 7+ years of project management experience (agency, in-house, or consulting)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel with minimal oversight
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and async
- Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar)
- Available and reliable within agreed hours — you don't need constant check-ins
Technical Proficiencies:
- Manage 2–3 projects end-to-end — scope, timeline, risks, and delivery
- Coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders updated without them having to ask
- Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution
- Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and action logs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project manager certifications e.g. PRINCE2 (highly valued)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Duration: Casual
