FORECOURT TEAM LEADER
Main Task:
- Conduct and lead ready to serve meeting
- Opening and closing shift inventory reading
- Manage forecourt traffic
- Perform cash safedrop
- Shift turnover
- Documentation of reports
Qualification:
- Must be at least a college graduate.
- At least 1 year experience as an FA
- Supervising experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Good comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise/lead team members
- Physically fit to perform fieldwork in extreme temperatures.
- No allergies to petroleum products.
- Able to understand and speak basic English.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Willing to render overtime as needed.
Salary range: 15,600-16,900
