Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the consolidation and reporting of financial statements across all Manufacturing Company Group entities. This role leads the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and ensures compliance with SEC, PSE, and BIR requirements.The Corporate Finance Manager will coordinate external audit engagements at the consolidated level, manage property and product insurance matters, and providestrategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to regulators and stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.
- Manage external audit coordination and insurance renewals/claims.
- Drive continuous process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (post‑graduate degree an advantage).
- CPA license preferred but not required; CMA/CFA credentials an advantage.
- At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with 3 years in a managerial role (manufacturing background preferred).
- Exposure to SEC reporting and external audit processes; Big 4 experience a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, compliance, and leadership skills.
