Purpose of the Job:
You will be part of the Field Sales Force of PMFTC Inc. as a Sales Assistant (Driver) and will be reporting to Supervisor Sales.
Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:
- Assist the Retail Salesman in the execution of agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets.
- Proactively support new promotions and new product introductions by effectively assisting the Retail Salesman in coordinating consumer and trade marketing activities in order to reach the sales volume objectives.
- Contribute to the improvement of the company's relationship with trade partners during the course of daily/regular interactions.
Skill and competencies:
- Should be at least a High School diploma holder
- Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
- Impressive presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
Work experience:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Salesman or a similar role in the Sales industry
- Holding a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS tools and road maps
- Having an excellent sales record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Muntinlupa Sales Offices – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by Marikina Sales Office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
