As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Adora, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for luxury retail will be essential in helping Adora maintain its position as a premier destination for fashion and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the execution of marketing plans.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  3. Support the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and print collateral.
  4. Assist in the coordination with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets and services.
  5. Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the luxury retail industry.
  6. Assist in budget management and allocation of resources to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  7. Support the Marketing Manager in other tasks and projects as needed to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualification Highlights:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data driven decisions.
