Position: BAKERY COMMISSARY MANAGER
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise bakery operations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene
- Supervise commissary staff
- Monitor inventory and supplies; order needed supplies
- Quality control
- Minimize waste and control costs
- Coordinate with other departments
- Other assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in food production
- Experience in a food or bakery commissary is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in inventory control and stock forecasting
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted after orientation):
- Photocopy of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR documents
- Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
- Baguio City Yellow Card with Food Handler's Seminar Certificate
- Baguio City Working Permit
