E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (On-Site) - Cebu
About the Role
Cadre Crew is hiring E-Commerce Virtual Assistants to support high-volume Amazon and Shopify brands. You’ll join a managed Crew that handles customer support, order management, listing optimization, and inventory reconciliation — freeing founders to focus on scaling their businesses.
We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced e-commerce environments and want to work with international clients and industry-leading tools.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Returns – Respond to tickets within SLA (98% within 2 hours) via Gorgias, email, and chat.
Listings & Optimization – Update product content, keywords, and A/B tests weekly.
Order & Inventory Management – Reconcile orders across Amazon, Shopify, FBA, and 3PL systems daily.
Refunds & Reimbursements – Process returns and chase reimbursements 3× faster than industry norms.
Ad Monitoring (Optional) – Monitor TACoS, flag ad spend issues, and support PPC campaigns.
Weekly Reporting – Provide clear dashboards on CX metrics, TACoS, refunds, and inventory health.
Qualification
1–2 years of e-commerce VA or BPO experience (Amazon/Shopify preferred).
Familiarity with Gorgias, Helium10, SoStocked, Klaviyo, or Shopify Admin is a big plus.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Willing to work 9am to 5pm (EST).
Must work on-site.
Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
