  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from existing franchisees regarding operations, marketing, supply chain, and general concerns.
  • Provide timely and accurate information, guidance, and solutions to franchisee queries.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with all franchise partners.
  • Assist in monitoring franchisee adherence to brand standards, operational manuals, and franchise agreements.
  • Help disseminate and explain new operational guidelines or policy updates to franchisees.
  • Support franchisees with the setup and launch of new locations, including coordinating initial training, equipment delivery, and store opening checklists.
  • Assist in problem-solving operational challenges faced by franchisees.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure franchisees receive timely support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all franchise agreements, communications, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports on franchise performance, compliance, and support activities for management review.
  • Organize and manage the franchise support portal or knowledge base.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • With 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator role, or within a franchise system is highly desirable
  • Experience directly supporting franchisees is a significant plus or familiarity with the specific industry the franchise operates in food and beverage, retails and wholesale
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
