PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Jr. Site Architect contributes to and supports architectural projects for all Alphaland entities. He/she prepare designs, complete construction documents, and assist in the presentation of materials. He/she coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and other construction trades to ensure correct and timely execution of construction activities including interior design setup and landscaping works.

• Creates building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and Sketch-up for all Alphaland projects/entities
• Monitor construction works of proposed plans for all Alphaland projects/entities and ensure their proper implementation
• Estimate material quantities based on plans and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other construction trades on site
• Supervise sub-contractors and workers as needed
• Attend design and coordination meetings to address department-related concerns
• Travels regularly to sites and provides site progress updates
• Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Must be a Licensed Architect
• Can produce, interpret, and execute construction plans and details
• Can quantify materials based on plan and provide costings
• Demonstrates keen attention to detail and work quality
• Can handle multiple projects & other assigned tasks with accuracy
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Amenable to work at Makati City
