Technical Support Agent
About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a full-time Technical Support Agent to join our team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients, ensuring their technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming support inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide clear and effective communication to clients, guiding them through problem-solving steps
- Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
- With years of experience in a technical support or customer service role; *Associate/College Graduate/2 yrs college in Information Technology or any related field with 12 mos of Hard-core
- Tech Experience BPO or non-BPO (hardware and software troubleshooting) or or 1.5 Sales Experience in a BPO Setting
- Telco TSR BPO experience is ok
Must be able to type 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Additional certification/training in
technical field is preferred; CEFR B1 and WriteX B1- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
- Familiarity with common hardware, software, and network technologies
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
