Platform Operations & Systems Specialist
Role Overview
Remco BPO is looking for a highly logical, detail-oriented Platform Operations & Systems Specialist to help maintain the stability, accuracy, and reliability of our internal systems.
This is not a traditional support desk role or a high-pressure development position. You will act as a key system owner — managing configurations, investigating billing issues, improving workflows, and helping protect the integrity of our platform.

- ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month
- Monday to Friday | Weekends Off
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Systems & Access Management
Manage user permissions, groups, and organizational setups using RBAC/ACL models to ensure system security and operational stability.
Billing & Payment Investigations
Review transactions, balances, logs, and payment records to identify and resolve billing inconsistencies while maintaining accurate financial data.
Incident Investigation & Resolution
Assist in investigating production issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with the development team to prevent recurring problems.
Automation & Internal Tools
Develop Python scripts and lightweight internal tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error.
We encourage the use of AI tools to improve productivity, provided all outputs are carefully reviewed and validated.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Comfortable working with APIs, logs, and system data
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Naturally detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able to think through edge cases and system risks
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
- Enjoys improving systems and workflows

Additional Information
A 2-week paid trial period is required before official employment or probation. This trial allows both the company and the employee to assess overall fit, performance, and alignment with the role.
The trial period is fully paid, even if employment does not continue afterward.
