TURNOVER ENGINEER (Pampanga Based)

Responsibilities:

• Punchlisting of the units together with the site engineers until the unit is accepted
• Scheduling of inspection and assisting punchlisting of units with the clients
• Coordinates the move-in of the client
• Conducts move-in orientation to the clients

Requirements:

• A Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, Architecture or equivalent
• Experience in real estate companies in the same capicity is an advantage
• Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service
• Possesses dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Pampanga Project and travel to Quezon City for Site Inspection
