Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can move beyond process and play a key role in shaping team capability, culture, and business outcomes.
The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders and teams to strengthen organisational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role that blends employee relations, performance enablement, and people strategy, with a strong focus on impact.
What You’ll Do- Partner with leaders to support team performance, engagement, and retention outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, handling cases with fairness, consistency, and sound judgement
- Translate business needs into practical people solutions, covering workforce planning, performance management, and development
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve outcomes
- Support policy implementation and ensure alignment with labour laws and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes, programs, and employee experience
- At least 3–5 years HR experience, with exposure to employee relations and business partnering
- Experience in a BPO or high-growth operational environment is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
- Ability to balance people advocacy with business priorities
- Confident in handling sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgement
- Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite at Mall of Asia Complex
