Sales Operations Coordinator (with SFDC Experience) | Eton - WFH

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow within Sales Operations.

• Partner with RevOps Analysts to update and implement changes in Salesforce.
• Review and resolve support requests from Sales and Customer Success (e.g., owner changes, data clean-up, resolving SFDC errors).
• Execute various data clean-up projects such as deduplication, manual data review, and record corrections.
• Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
• Assist with user management, role assignments, and permissions in Salesforce.
• Document processes, workflows, and system changes for future reference.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and help maintain dashboards for Sales and Success teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate or atleast 2nd year College Undergraduate for candidates with direct work related experience
• 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a high-volume SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structure, workflows, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams across time zones.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with sales processes
