Human Resource OJT/Internship

You’ll work closely with HR professionals, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing employee documents and maintaining records.
• Help with recruitment tasks, including job posting and initial screening of candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Provide administrative support in HR-related tasks such as filing, updating records, and maintaining databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be flexible with hours.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
