JOB TITLE: CLIENT SUPPORT OFFICER

DAVAO DEL SUR | FIELD WORK AND TRAVEL WITHIN THE ASSIGNED AREA | MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • User Experience and Client Management:

o Assist new clients with onboarding, guiding them through setup procedures and ensuring a smooth transition to using products or services.

o Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to effectively navigate and utilize the company’s eLearning platform while highlighting product functionalities and features.
o Perform classroom observations to identify opportunities for partner schools and teachers to optimize platform utilization.
o Ensure client interactions and support activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Product Support:

o Assist our partner schools with platform setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.

o Provide technical assistance to our partner schools by troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions.
o Address clients’ needs promptly through efficient problem-solving and resolution of complaints.

o Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.

o Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches

o Collaborate with other departments, such as Business Development, Global Product Development, and Business Operations & Strategy, to ensure a cohesive approach to client support and service delivery.
  • Others:

o Assist Business Development Account Officers by delivering product presentations during sales presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or any related field;Open to fresh graduates.
  • Must be willing to do 100% fieldwork and travel in various areas.
  • Must be passionate about education.
MUST-HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and the ability to learn new technology.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Teaching background in a regular classroom set-up is an advantage, but not required; Experience in the education / eLearning industry working in the same capacity is an advantage.
