Medical Billing Specialist (ZR_23384_JOB)

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit medical claims electronically to insurance companies
• Enter and verify charges accurately in the billing system
• Process incoming payments and post to appropriate accounts
• Handle denial management and follow up on unpaid claims
• Manage accounts receivable and conduct regular AR reviews
• Double-check all entries for accuracy before submission
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy standards

• 1-2 years of medical billing experience
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance claim procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
• Experience with electronic medical billing systems
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
