Credentialing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage initial credentialing and re-credentialing for BCBAs and RBTs
- Complete and submit applications to Medicaid and commercial payors
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles for all providers
- Track application status and follow up with insurance companies
- Ensure all provider documents are current and compliant
- Maintain accurate records in credentialing systems and EMR
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of US healthcare credentialing experience (ABA preferred)
- Experience with Medicaid and commercial payors (e.g., Aetna, BCBS, UHC, Cigna)
- Familiarity with CAQH and payer portals
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance
