OSP Project Control Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating presentations for internal and external meetings based on the discussion and collective data.
• Collaborating with the Program Manager, Project Controller, Regional Coordinator and support group to consolidate data from all programs and update the overall tracker based on gathered data.
• Submit consolidated and accurate reports on time.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Provide support in Billing and Collection.
• Effective communication skills to convey updates and address any issues that arise.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Thoroughness in reviewing project documents and status to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (tracking), reporting tools, and project platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in any Engineering major.
• With at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, documentation, and monitoring in Telecommunications industry is preferred.
• With excellent knowledge in OSP industry.
• Can work under tight deadlines and under pressure to ensure projects stay on track.
• Can work long hours, especially during critical project phases or when deadlines are approaching
• Proficiency in using MS applications and report making.
• Can start ASAP
