The Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develops budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans with business leaders.
• Prepares management reports with financial summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Provides insights and recommendations to guide strategy and resource allocation.
• Builds financial models, conducts scenario analysis, and evaluates business performance.
• Improves reporting processes, tools, dashboards, and cross-department performance metrics.
• Supports executive presentations, closes, and ad-hoc strategic projects with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Initiate collections via calls and emails for due payments.
• Communicate with clients to address invoices and resolve issues.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and support.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Process and post payments accurately and promptly.
• Assist accounting with invoicing, credit memos, and other tasks.
