Job Title: Digital Media Specialist (Technical and Branding Focus)

Salary: $7 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Skills:

• Web and Branding Expertise: Experience with website management tools like WordPress or Mission Control, focusing on brand consistency.
• Graphic Design and Video Editing: Skilled in advanced tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro to create and edit videos, embed audio, and design AI-generated headshots or holiday-themed visuals.
• SEO and Content Optimization: Knowledge of SEO best practices for updating blogs and maximizing visibility.
• AI Integration: Ability to utilize AI tools (for generating headshots and other branding assets).
• Photography/Photo Editing: Ability to source, edit, and brand agent headshots and other visual materials.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update OG websites and agent web pages.
• Manage and update Mission Control, ensuring user-friendly navigation and brand consistency.
• Handle video projects (agent introductions, special celebrations, and training videos).
• Implement AI-generated headshots and holiday celebrations for agents and personnel.
• Oversee Cape Gazette blogs, ensuring timely updates and republishing for relevance.
