About the Role
Ezpeleta Demiar Architectural Solutions' is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural solutions that shape the built environment.This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that combine creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the local context.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into practical and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects
- Review plans, working drawings, and technical specifications
- Disseminate approved plans, drawings, and/or technical specifications to concerned staff
- Attend management and technical meetings with engineers, consultants, and owners
- Conduct site visits at major construction stages and document project progress
- Oversee a group of architectural apprentices and junior staff and check quality of their work
- Licensed Architect
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience, focusing on design, construction, project documentation, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Familiar with construction processes
- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
