The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a standard approach for project management Start up and initiate project and manage stakeholder engagement Develop & maintain project plan, manage project resources/work packages Monitor & control projects and manage project quality & risks Close a project or iteration Develop detailed resource support/technical/operational specs & manuals Identify & develop required processes & procedures for resources Develop service & operational agreements for resources Gain service & operational agreements approval for resources Produce supporting documentation & training packages for resources Manage resource process & procedure implementation Manage resource operational staff training Develop resource Supplier/Partner Operational support Manage resource acceptance testing Manage resource capability delivery and ensure capability quality Configure, implement, activate resources Lead and conduct agile ceremonies and processes HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the delivery of mobile app or web development projects that enable key telco services such as account management, data usage tracking, payments, onboarding, and support Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and IT stakeholders to deliver features aligned with customer journeys and telco-specific needs Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and support teams in breaking down large telco features Track and report on sprint progress, dependencies, and risks using tools like Jira, Confluence, and dashboards Coordinate with QA and customer experience teams for end-to-end UAT, feedback loops, and launch readiness Document and communicate timelines, delivery risks, and status updates to business and IT stakeholders Continuously optimize workflows and improve team delivery velocity Required Experience & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in digital project coordination or project management 1-2 years hands-on experience managing or supporting mobile app and/or website projects in a tech or telco environment Solid understanding of Agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Scrum frameworks) Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Dev, IT/Network, QA, CX) Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field Nice-to-Have Skills: * Understanding of the digital customer journey in a telecom setting (e.g., postpaid/prepaid lifecycle, broadband onboarding, support automation) Experience with telco platforms (e.g., CRM, OSS/BSS, eSIM, self-care portals) Familiarity with app deployment tools (TestFlight, App Store Connect, Play Console) Exposure to release management, change controls, and app store policies Experience collaborating with third-party vendors or offshore dev teams Equal Opportunity Employer Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
