SENIOR ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Job Description:

• Execute large scale, cross functional programs combining Analytics, Generative AI, Cloud, Automation, Process Improvements and Lean Six Sigma; good understanding of digital solutions and technologies prevalent in the market.
• Develop value and innovation strategy aligned to key clients’ strategic priorities; conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions; drive engagements to embed data and AI driven workflows in client organizations.
• Support in building best practice compendium on domain led solutions; support in developing capabilities for business development and solutioning for key prospects.
• Work closely with the solutions team (AI/GenAI/Advanced Automation/Data Analytics) to build solutions aligning with customer business requirements and challenges; assist in the preparation of Diagnostic report outs, proposals & RFP responses.
• Build relationships with key business leaders, account managers, sponsors and other stakeholders to drive uptake of digital initiatives, define project vision, scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• 15+ years of overall experience including 10+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and financial results.
• Proven ability to drive a solution from start to finish (project management certifications are a plus).
• Experience in Insurance domain will be given strong preference and experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions.
• Ability to travel as required domestically and/or internationally.
