Medical Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• Holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field in Healthcare sciences preferred, but not required.
• With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of Sales experience within the distribution of medical devices or health products preferred, but not required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Holds either a professional driver’s license.

Skills:

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software applications.
• Demonstrates fundamental salesmanship skills.
• Capable of effectively managing customers and accounts
• Exhibits strong administrative competency.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Consistently adheres to internal processes and protocols.
• Displays robust interpersonal and team-building capabilities.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and negotiation proficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Dedicate efforts to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding sales service tailored to both established clientele and potential new customers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, offering comprehensive guidance and detailed information regarding the diverse range of products and services offered by the company.
• Support senior sales personnel and collaborate with the team to collectively achieve the annual sales targets established by the management.
• Actively seek out new accounts and opportunities for sales expansion, continually exploring avenues to enhance revenue generation.
• Cultivate enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, emphasizing the importance of trust and reliability as cornerstones of successful long-term partnerships.
• Act as a representative to facilitate the gathering and organization of the necessary documentation required for government tenders.
