FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) ANALYST

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is urgently seeking a dynamic, highly autonomous, and analytical FP&A Analyst. This critical role drives the company’s budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will deliver data-driven insights and advanced financial models to optimize profitability, improve operational efficiency, and support our continuous expansion in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; consolidate departmental submissions to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
• Develop clear, data-driven financial models for investments, capital expenditures, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses to evaluate new business growth.
• Partner with departments to analyze profitability by product, customer, and channel; identify cost optimization and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and financial packets comparing actual results against budgets and prior periods.
• Monitor liquidity requirements and analyze working capital performance (inventory, receivables, and payables) to maximize cash generation.
• Enhance reporting workflows through automation, ensuring strict financial data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field. A CPA license or equivalent certification is a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Budgeting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and modern business intelligence tools, combined with exceptional multitasking, strategic thinking, and the confidence to present complex financial data clearly to executives.
