In this full-time role based in Bulacan, Central Luzon, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a vital part in the company's growth and success.

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and communicate the features and benefits to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
• Contribute to the overall success of the retail team through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the Retail or Consumer Products industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Enthusiastic, driven and committed to providing a high level of customer service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for the industry
