HR & Accounting Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Human Resources tasks such as recruitment support, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records
- Provide support in Accounting tasks including organizing receipts, scanning invoices, basic data entry, and assisting in report preparation
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR and Accounting functions, taking on tasks across both areas as needed
- Support administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and records management
- Assist during company events, meetings, and internal coordination
- Perform other duties and errands (internal/external) as assigned
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives when required
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Must be pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- Available for an internship role handling both HR and Accounting functions
- Flexible and willing to work across departments (HR and Accounting) depending on operational needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Can work both independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible
- Must be residing in Quezon City or nearby only.
