Network Voice

We're hiring a Network Voice Support Engineer with solid experience in Genesys Engage (not Genesys Cloud). This role is crucial to maintaining the performance and stability of our enterprise voice and network systems. You’ll be part of a dynamic technical team supporting both on-premise and cloud-based communications infrastructure.

• Ring Central
• Cisco switches, WLC, WAPs
• Velo SDWAN
• Arista Switches
• Aruba WLC and WAP
• SolarWinds
• Infoblox / Blox1
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise network and voice systems
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Process change requests for MACDs (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes)
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related incidents
• Generate reports on network outages and performance metrics
• Maintain and configure IPT/PBX/Contact Center systems
• Support voice infrastructure through Ring Central
• Manage voice ports, number assignments, and device configurations
• Work closely with circuit providers and cybersecurity teams
• Deploy network equipment (e.g., switches, access points)
• Assemble and configure PC hardware, modems, printers, and related equipment
• Install and configure licensed software and system utilities
• Track IT assets per company policy
• Maintain up-to-date problem ticket documentation
• Source patches and updates from vendors when needed
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar technical support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in enterprise environments supporting both voice and data networks
