SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS (APAC)- Responsible for meeting and exceeding HGS Philippines revenue goals as determined by the regional President & CEO.
- Develop annual business plan for the business unit, including revenue forecast, budget, profitability targets.
- Engage clients for new ideas, best-in-class processes, enhancements for moving up the value chain and profitability.
- Determine the viability of client programs based on client expectations and resources available to HGS to ensure expectations can be met and client programs are profitable.
- Improve the profitability of the industry unit by following new business development, adjusting pricing and negotiating contracts for existing clients.
- Support marketing/account management efforts by providing input, based on market indicators, on the development of services and providing pricing information for those services.
- Monitor monthly financial reports for variances from the contribution goals and make corrections/actions to achieve goals.
- Lead the coordination of all internal departments in preparation of new business implementation.
- College degree in any field; 10 years customer service experience; 10 years managerial experience.
- Good working knowledge of workforce management, telecommunications and call center management systems and terminology.
- Strong working knowledge of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheet, presentations etc.
- Demonstrates both tactical and strategic leadership competencies
- Evaluate the delivery and management of service practices for needed modifications and enhancements that will result in increased employee efficiency, satisfaction and service performance.
- Responsible for the effective implementation and operationalization of policies and procedures across the organization covered pertaining to BFSI and other industry, client and company compliance regulations and ensure the center/ account/ organization is following Privacy and Security Rules Standards.
- Provide both tactical and strategic leadership, set clear goals and drive execution, motivate and mobilize the organization into action, foster thought leadership, creativity and productive experimentation to continuously improve service delivery, create a rigor for governance and promote a culture of excellence across the organization.
