We're partnering with an innovative and growing organization seeking a Talent Insights & Intelligence Specialist to lead reporting, analytics, and dashboard development across complex talent acquisition programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data and reporting professional who thrives on uncovering insights, automating processes, and influencing business decisions through meaningful talent intelligence.
In this role, you'll go beyond reporting—you'll build scalable, automated reporting solutions, implement client-facing dashboards, and deliver strategic insights that directly impact hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
What You'll Be Doing- Deliver accurate and insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reporting.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable talent insights.
- Analyze hiring pipelines, sourcing performance, market trends, and recruitment bottlenecks.
- Lead reporting implementations by gathering requirements, developing automated reporting solutions, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Own KPI governance, reporting standards, and dashboard architecture.
- Support business leaders with data-driven insights that improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting automation, efficiency, and data quality.
What We're Looking For
Experience- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, talent intelligence, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Proven experience delivering recurring client or stakeholder reporting cycles.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated success in transforming manual reporting processes into automated, scalable solutions.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including:
- DAX
- Power Query
- Data Modelling
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruitment-related datasets.
- Knowledge of reporting automation and data integration.
- Strong commercial modelling and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Recruitment, RPO, Project RPO, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Consulting environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial and operational understanding.
