About the role

As the General Manager at LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, management, and strategic development of our upscale hospitality properties in Tagaytay City, Cavite. This full-time position will see you leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive the long-term success of our growing portfolio.

What you'll be doing
  • knowledgeable in Housekeeping
  • Manage small coffee shop
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet and exceed key performance indicators and business objectives
  • Overseeing all aspects of property management, including staff supervision, budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management
  • Fostering a positive, service-oriented culture and leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Driving continuous improvement through the implementation of innovative operating procedures and guest service initiatives
  • Representing the company and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing high-end hospitality properties and leading effective operational teams
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and drive profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
