We’re hiring a Loan Processor for a reputable Australian company, responsible for managing client loan applications by understanding their goals and tailoring the right mortgage solutions. You’ll work closely with loan processors to ensure smooth, efficient transactions and maintain clear, accurate records from client meetings.

This role plays a key part in delivering personalised financial outcomes and driving a seamless mortgage experience.

What You'll Do
  • Review and analyze client financial information to determine suitable mortgage options.
  • Interpret and apply client meeting notes to accurately understand client objectives and needs.
  • Structure mortgage loans that align with client goals and lending criteria.
  • Coordinate and pass loan applications and documentation to loan processors for further handling.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and loan details.
  • Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track client progress and manage communications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant lending policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding loan status.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals to optimize client mortgage solutions.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a mortgage broker or in a related financial services role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and client objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications efficiently.
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance standards.
