DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.
- Monitors daily production and releases of the branch.
- Maintains customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
- Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and customers and actively participates in it.
- Handles customer complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.
- Prepares and sends reports to the immediate superior and gives them updates of the branch operations status.
- Spearheads marketing saturation drives.
- Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as loan consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
- Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
- Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Recruits and sources potential loan consultants.
- Conducts meetings, seminars and orientations for loan consultants.
- Reports regularly the performance of branches to the immediate superior.
- Prepares monthly report of agent’s commission and incentives.
- Manages the branch Petty Cash Fund and bank deposits in the absence of Branch Treasury Assistant.
- Ensures that company cash, checks and valuables are safe kept and secured in the branch vault.
- Handles the branch vault combination and ensures its confidentiality.
- Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
- Represents the branch during Management Committee meeting.
- Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.
- With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in Managerial or Supervisory capacity
- Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
- Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
- Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills and amicably solve customer complaints
- Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Computer proficient
