DOCUMENTATION OFFICER FOR CDO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field such as Accountancy or Management Related Courses.
- At least 5 years of RELATED experience in accounting or administrative or paralegal works preferably with a real estate company.
- Must be knowledgeable in the following responsibilities:
- Providing assistance in contracts and case preparations and reviews related to real estate and construction business as Liaison Officer for Corporate Lawyers.
- Gathering documents and other related data and information of corporate cases for a typical real estate company.
- Performing all other related Administrative Works
- Male / Female
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, and other relevant software and applications needed.
- Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
- Trustworthy, team player, and can work with less supervision.
