DOCUMENTATION OFFICER FOR CDO

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field such as Accountancy or Management Related Courses.
  2. At least 5 years of RELATED experience in accounting or administrative or paralegal works preferably with a real estate company.
  3. Must be knowledgeable in the following responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance in contracts and case preparations and reviews related to real estate and construction business as Liaison Officer for Corporate Lawyers.
  • Gathering documents and other related data and information of corporate cases for a typical real estate company.
  • Performing all other related Administrative Works
  1. Male / Female
  2. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  3. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, and other relevant software and applications needed.
  4. Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
  5. Trustworthy, team player, and can work with less supervision.
