About the role

What you'll be doing- Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and team leadership
- Participate in comprehensive training programmes to develop your retail management expertise
- Contribute to the implementation of store strategies and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
- Assist in the supervision and development of store teams, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze store data and metrics to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of the business
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, retail, or management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges as part of your professional development
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
