Compliance Officer (Regulatory)

Role Description

The Compliance Officer – Regulatory is responsible for overseeing the application, renewal, and monitoring of all regulatory requirements of the company. The role includes ensuring timely compliance with government agencies and managing documentation related to company insurances, lease agreements, sales invoice requests, and other corporate compliance matters.

• Handle the preparation, submission, and renewal of regulatory requirements with government agencies, including but not limited to:
• Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Bureau of Customs (BOC)
• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Intellectual Property Office (IPO)
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure compliance to avoid penalties.
• Process and monitor:
• Company insurances (e.g., general liability, property insurance)
• Contract of lease renewals and documentation
• Sales invoice requests and replenishments
• Maintain accurate and updated compliance trackers and regulatory records.
• Liaise with internal departments and government offices to ensure smooth compliance operations.

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• With 1–2 years of work experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or any related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with government regulatory processes and documentary requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work in-office at Mandaluyong City
