About the Role

We are looking for an Italian Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support business clients by providing exceptional service in both Italian and English, assisting with procurement processes, order management, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at managing client relationships in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Procurement Support
  • Assist clients with placing supply orders through the purchasing platform.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and shipment status.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and order-related requests.
B2B Client Management
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding product catalogs, vendor contracts, pricing, and promotional offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to support client purchasing decisions.
Issue Resolution
  • Investigate and resolve supply chain delays, billing discrepancies, damaged deliveries, and other service concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partner vendors to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain ownership of client concerns until fully resolved.
Vendor & Product Support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of approved supplier inventories, procurement policies, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Assist clients in navigating available products and vendor options.
Database & CRM Management
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
  • Update client accounts, order records, and vendor communications within CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, procurement support, supply chain, BPO, shared services, or account management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or procurement tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules if required.
