Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment
• Wash dishes, trays, utensils, and baking tools promptly and properly
• Dispose of waste materials following proper sanitation and segregation procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Production Support:

• Assist production staff with basic preparation tasks when needed
• Help organize ingredients, tools, and supplies before and after production
• Refill and restock cleaning and sanitation supplies

Logistics & Handling:

• Assist in lifting, carrying, and transferring raw materials, finished products, and equipment
• Support receiving and storing deliveries in proper storage areas
• Help with inventory movement within the production area

General Duties:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and production staff
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within assigned schedules
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• At least High School graduate
• With experience in cleaning, utility, or kitchen support is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety practices is a plus
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions
