IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT related course
• Knowledge in Windows and/or macOS environment
• Familiar with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking
• Ability to install, configure, and update software and drivers
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems
• Assist users with operating system and application issues
• Ensure systems are updated and secure
• Handle tickets via email, phone, or helpdesk system
• Provide clear guidance to non-technical users
• Perform regular preventive maintenance
• Log all incidents and solutions in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting
• Track inventory of hardware and software licenses
• Support hardware replacements and upgrades
• Assist with using common applications (email, MS Office, Teams)
• Check system performance and network connectivity
