As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service across various communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer engagement and problem-solving.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet performance and quality targets

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite in Davao
