Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll handle invoice coordination, vendor communication, and transaction coding. You'll also support US-based teams and clients, contribute to bookkeeping tasks, and assist in resolving payment-related concerns across a variety of property management functions.

Salary: PHP 18,000 to PHP 22,500

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any finance or accounting course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with difficult people and diffuse volatile situations
  • High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software and platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality results
  • Can easily build rapport with team members, other staff, clients, and service providers
  • Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
  • A solid customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule
Your Daily Tasks
  • Organize and support our staff of accountants in the Philippines, working in conjunction with our onshore team
  • Efficiently organize, coordinate, and process inbound invoices to clients and/or managers for approval and payment through our payment processing system
  • Record and code transactions based on bank information and upload supporting documents on a day-to-day/weekly/monthly basis
  • Perform bookkeeping functions
  • Answer phone calls from US-based customers and vendors via an IP telephony system
  • Work with US-based service vendors to clarify, coordinate, and process payments from invoices or billing statements being sent to various associations
  • Participate in phone calls with managers, clients, or both to discuss accounts payable issues and questions directly along with communicating business needs to clients, vendors, and managers
