Test Engineer

• Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of products and systems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

A successful Test Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering and testing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with electronics and software testing.
• Experience working with communication interfaces such as:
• RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI
• Ethernet, EtherCAT
• CAN, Modbus
• Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages such as Python, Excel VBA, VB, C, C++, or C#.
• Familiarity with test and measurement tools or platforms such as LabVIEW, Chroma Power Pro, SCPI, or GPIB is an advantage.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test / project tracking tools.
• Ability to read and understand schematics; familiarity with Altium is a plus.
• Experience creating flowcharts, sequence diagrams, or UML documentation.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, rapid development environments.
