Construction Manager

We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to lead our interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project timelines to facilitate efficient execution of fit-out deliverables.
• Trade Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and various trades, ensuring synchronized workflows on-site.
• Project Estimation: Conduct cost estimates with design Architects.
• Technical Oversight: Apply deep technical knowledge to interpret designs and resolve structural or finishing challenges efficiently.
• Communication: Act as a proactive communicator, providing clear updates to the team and resolving issues before they escalate.

Technical & Software Requirements:

• Design/Drafting: Proficiency in Sketchup and AutoCAD is essential for reviewing and modifying project plans.
• Documentation: Strong skills in Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs/Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Experience: Proven track record specifically in Fit-out works.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset.
