About the Role
We are seeking an Office Furniture Project Supervisor to take ownership of office furniture projects from start to finish. You will oversee a dedicated team, manage procurement and product specifications, and ensure flawless delivery and installation of furniture across commercial sites.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience in office fit-outs, furniture installation, or construction project management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the execution of office furniture projects from procurement through to installation.
- Oversee a team of assemblers and installers, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
- Review product specifications, identify flaws, and resolve installation challenges.
- Coordinate logistics, including importing furniture and managing supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and building requirements (including electrical considerations).
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Previous experience in project supervision within office fit-outs, furniture installation, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of furniture assembly and installation processes.
- Experience with procurement and imported furniture products (preferred).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
