ASSISTANT MANAGER - FACTORY INNOVATION DIVISION

Job Qualifications:

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Underwent Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Systems is an advantage.

1. Work Experience

• At least 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, factory improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role that handles continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, or production innovation.

1. Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Experience in implementing cost-reduction, quality improvement, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and compliance

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
